Thank you for taking a few minutes to learn about the roots of this blog. My name is Tommy Cicero and I'm here to help people level up their life. My life has blossomed in so many ways since reconnecting with my heart in 2006. I have worked in the corporate world, academia, and non-profit. I have spent my fair share of time in the weeds and learned a lot, while experiencing massive personal growth.
I realized that I thrive on helping people discover and maximize their potential while earning a Masters in Community Counseling (2012-15). I enjoy motivating and inspiring others to do more, especially people committed to creating positive change in their life.
I am at a place where I want to share the knowledge I have gained over the years to help others improve their overall health and wellbeing. I'm in the process of becoming a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) as part of my mission to promote healthy living: Mentally, Physically, & Spiritually.
I also love promoting Peace, Love, & Community. It's what the world needs now, more than anything. I'm using my platform as a hip hop music artist to promote healthy living and Love. If you are looking for more inspiration and motivation, you can listen here.

Even just a little better is better than nothing. Progress, not perfection. Small steps in the right direction. All those steps can add up to so much better, making it more effortless for us to be at our best more often.
