Evaluate, address, and improve your selfcare practices. Experience the most benefits by providing an honest assessment of where you are currently with each practice, and where you would like to be, ideally and realistically, within a few months of making improvements, especially in your selected focus areas.
This assessment does not cover every area of selfcare. It provides a functional approach to everyday health and wellness, focusing on metabolic health and behavior change. The Better SELFCARE Check-In is a growth tool to help you create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
Ok, let's get to it!
Rate (1-10) how you currently feel about your efforts with each of the eight S-E-L-F-C-A-R-E areas/letters, and set a goal (1-10) for where you would like to be in a few months. You can print out a Check-in below, or on a blank sheet of paper, create a row for each of the eight areas and provide an assessment for NOW and a goal for a few months from now, or SOON. Be realistic, but also be optimistic. This is your opportunity to level up your life!
After completing the check-in, you should have eight sets of two numbers (NOW & SOON), one set for each letter of SELFCARE. The idea is to eventually have very little or nothing to improve (1-4), with selfcare areas going well or even great! (7-10) How much better you become in every area is up to you and your efforts.

Where are you NOW? (1-10)
Where would you SOON like to be? (1-10)
