If you find yourself struggling to be consistent with new healthy habits and routines, give yourself some grace. Selfcare is for life. It's not some battle we win or lose overnight. By striving for progress instead of perfection, even inconsistent results are better than no results. The key is to keep showing up for yourself, especially on the days when you may not feel like it. Those tend to be the days where Better SELFCARE activities and practices can flip your mood from grumpy to great!

No one can make us change.
It's on us to make changes that can help us thrive.
