Feeling our future

"Feeling is the secret."

If you know the basics about the Law of Attraction, you understand the idea of how we attract circumstances in our life based off our thoughts and the vibrational energy we are putting out into the Universe. While the jury is out on the scientific evidence that supports the Law of Attraction, there is plenty of research on the subject that points to its validity. There will always be naysayers who brush it off as woo woo new age hogwash. The Law of Attraction is not for them.

For those who subscribe to the Law of Attraction and its benefits (myself included), there are many different aspects including prayer, intention, affirmations and visualization. These are all great practices to help everyone create better lives and futures for themselves. You may already utilize some of these practices. Actually, we all use some form of these practices whether we acknowledge this or not, according to the Law of Attraction. This is why it is important to put good vibes out into the Universe with our intentions and actions.

One of the more overlooked aspects of the Law of Attraction is feeling ourselves into the existence we seek. The phrase "act as if" is a great example of using feeling to manifest the future we seek and long for. Teachings from the likes of Neville Goddard, Napoleon Hill and Abraham Hicks show us how feeling what it would feel like to be living the life we imagine is what attracts the necessary circumstances into our lives to make our intentions a reality. Even playing the part of what we desire can help summon the right resources for us to attain whatever it is we are looking to manifest in our lives. It's all part of the magic built into the Law of Attraction.

If you have never tried it, I encourage you to start feeling and imagining what it would feel like to have that which you desire. It doesn't happen overnight and requires consistent and deliberate effort. According to these teachings it is most effective when we are falling asleep at night or waking up in the morning while in the theta brainwave state. This state is where we join up with our subconscious mind to create our future. Sounds like a fun experiment, right? Again, it takes continued practice, but the results can be well worth the effort. It's a simple practice, but commitment is the key. Go ahead, feel yourself into your future. Expect the best!
